Shipping materials to Hard Rock

  • A tracking number is required on the inbound package form.
  • Hard Rock is not responsible for packages that are not addressed exactly as above.

Inbound package form and fees

  • Complete the Hard Rock inbound package form and email it to Susan.Fixler@hrhcac.com.
  • 1st package (up to 50 lbs): $50 · Each additional package (up to 50 lbs): $35
  • Oversized package (50–199 lbs): $100 · Pallets and crates (up to 200 lbs): $250
  • Uncrated, unskidded, wrapped, or special-handling shipments (up to 200 lbs): $350
  • Add 6.625% New Jersey state sales tax. Credit card only, no checks, paid in advance.
  • Once your request is received, Hard Rock emails a payment link.

Timing and storage

  • A one-time storage fee applies to each package received.
  • Additional fees apply to packages arriving more than 72 hours before the show date.
  • Packages are not available before your contracted exhibitor set-up time.
  • Arrangements and payment must be completed in advance of delivery.

Outbound shipping

  • Bring your own pre-paid shipping labels and arrange your own carrier pick-up.
  • Hard Rock has no business center and does not provide shipping labels.
  • Packages left without a pre-paid label are discarded after 2 days.

Terms to know

  • Receiving, delivery, and storage charges are payable prior to arrival.
  • Photo ID and a signature may be required at delivery.
  • Exhibitors must insure package contents; the hotel does not provide insurance.
  • Hotel liability for a package lost after receipt is limited per the property's terms.

Payment methods for sponsorship and exhibit fees

Pay by ACH, wire transfer, or check at no extra cost. Credit card payment is available on request and includes a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee, shown separately on your invoice. Debit cards have no fee.
